Description

This is a recipe for Korean chicken.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the chicken to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until it is cooked through.
  5. Serve the chicken with rice and vegetables.
