Description

Make your own peanut butter cups at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and salt until combined.
  3. Spoon a layer of melted chocolate into silicone cups.
  4. Add a layer of peanut butter mixture.
  5. Top with remaining melted chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
