- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and salt until combined.
- Spoon a layer of melted chocolate into silicone cups.
- Add a layer of peanut butter mixture.
- Top with remaining melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.
Notes
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Add chopped peanuts to the peanut butter filling for extra crunch.
