Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (68 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Cut lobster shells lengthwise with kitchen shears. Gently loosen lobster meat from shell, keeping the end attached.
