- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat broiler.
- Cut lobster shells lengthwise with kitchen shears. Gently loosen lobster meat from shell, keeping the end attached.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush garlic butter mixture generously over lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with extra garlic butter sauce.
