Description

Simple bagels made with cottage cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
  5. Place bagels on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
