- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
- Place bagels on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Add everything bagel seasoning before baking.
- Use a stand mixer for easier mixing.
