- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
- Stir in the peppermint extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a smoother fudge, use a double boiler instead of the microwave.
- You can adjust the amount of peppermint extract to your preference.
