Description

A simple and festive fudge perfect for the holidays.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
  4. Stir in the peppermint extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
