Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate steak pieces in soy sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated steak and cook until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add sliced onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  6. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
  7. Return steak to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve steak and vegetable mixture over cooked rice.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of sesame oil to the marinade.
