Ingredients

- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate steak pieces in soy sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated steak and cook until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Add sliced onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
- Return steak to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve steak and vegetable mixture over cooked rice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of sesame oil to the marinade.
- You can use your favorite vegetables in this bowl.
