Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- Optional: lettuce, tomato, cheese for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
- Cook the patties on a grill or in a skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve the patties on slider buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the turkey mixture.
- These sliders can be made ahead and reheated.
