Easy and delicious sliders perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • Optional: lettuce, tomato, cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
  3. Cook the patties on a grill or in a skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Serve the patties on slider buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the turkey mixture.
