Description

A quick and flavorful way to prepare tuna steaks.


Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides of the tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for more well-done.
