Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in vanilla extract and egg.
  5. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
  6. Stir in semi-sweet, milk, and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are nicely browned.
  9. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
