A simple casserole made with your Thanksgiving leftovers.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cooked mashed potatoes
- 1 cup cooked stuffing
- 1/2 cup cooked green bean casserole
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and green bean casserole.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the milk and cream of mushroom soup.
- Pour the milk mixture over the leftover ingredients and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add other Thanksgiving leftovers like cranberry sauce or gravy if desired.
- For a crispier topping, add a layer of crushed crackers or breadcrumbs before the cheese.
