Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Place chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
