Description

Easy teriyaki chicken casserole recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, ground
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, and carrots.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger.
  4. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables; stir to coat.
  5. Spread rice in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  6. Pour chicken mixture over rice.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Notes

  • Serve hot.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
