Easy teriyaki chicken casserole recipe.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger, ground
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, and carrots.
- In a separate bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables; stir to coat.
- Spread rice in the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Pour chicken mixture over rice.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- Serve hot.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
