- 6 medium onions, peeled
- 6 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place onions in a baking dish. Top each with 1 tablespoon of butter, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until tender.
