Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Mix well.
