Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble bowls with roasted sweet potatoes and seasoned ground beef.
- Add your favorite toppings.
