Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.
  4. Pour sauce over chicken and cook until sauce has thickened slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve chicken over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
