Quick and easy chicken rice bowls with a sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.
- Pour sauce over chicken and cook until sauce has thickened slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve chicken over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sweet chili sauce to your preference.
- You can use other vegetables, such as broccoli or bell peppers.
