- 5 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the boiled potatoes with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Transfer mixture to a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
