Description

Chicken pasta with a sticky, smoky garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce has thickened.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  6. Stir in parsley. Serve immediately.

  • Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your preference.
  • Serve with a side of garlic bread.
