Description
Chicken pasta with a sticky, smoky garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce has thickened.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Stir in parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your preference.
- Serve with a side of garlic bread.
