Description
Chicken glazed with a spicy and sweet honey gochujang sauce.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken thighs and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Pour the honey gochujang sauce over the chicken and cook until the sauce has thickened and is sticky, about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
