Description

Chicken glazed with a spicy and sweet honey gochujang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  4. Pour the honey gochujang sauce over the chicken and cook until the sauce has thickened and is sticky, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  6. Serve immediately.
