Quick and easy steak and shrimp stir fry recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook until browned.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Remove steak and shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- Add onion and bell peppers to skillet and cook until tender.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour sauce over vegetables and bring to a simmer.
- Return steak and shrimp to skillet and toss to coat.
- Cook until sauce has thickened.
- Serve immediately.

- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Add other vegetables as desired.
