Steak and Shrimp Stir Fry

Description

Quick and easy steak and shrimp stir fry recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and ginger.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak and cook until browned.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Remove steak and shrimp from skillet and set aside.
  6. Add onion and bell peppers to skillet and cook until tender.
  7. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  8. Pour sauce over vegetables and bring to a simmer.
  9. Return steak and shrimp to skillet and toss to coat.
  10. Cook until sauce has thickened.
  11. Serve immediately.
