Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil eggs to your liking. Cool, peel, and halve.
- Mix harissa paste with olive oil.
- Whip goat cheese with heavy cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread whipped goat cheese on a plate. Top with halved eggs. Drizzle with harissa oil. Garnish with cilantro.
