Classic comfort food casserole with ground beef, noodles, and sour cream.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
- Combine beef mixture with cooked egg noodles.
- Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
