Description

Hearty slow-cooked meal with steak, cheddar, and potatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place steak, onion, garlic, and potatoes in slow cooker.
  2. Pour beef broth over ingredients.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese before serving.
