Description

Tender beef bites cooked in a flavorful garlic butter sauce using a slow cooker.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Place beef cubes in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef cubes.
  4. Add beef broth to the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
  6. Serve hot.
