Description
Tender beef bites cooked in a flavorful garlic butter sauce using a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place beef cubes in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef cubes.
- Add beef broth to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
- Serve hot.

- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
