Description

Quick and easy shrimp scampi recipe perfect for a weeknight meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked pasta, for serving

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Pour in white wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve shrimp scampi over cooked pasta.
