- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 package cheddar bay biscuit mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, lobster, vegetables, soup, and milk.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Prepare cheddar bay biscuit mix according to package directions.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the seafood mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over biscuits.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- You can use other seafood, such as crab or scallops.
- Add spices to the seafood mixture.
