- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- Cook chicken in olive oil with taco seasoning until done.
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, cheese, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
