Ingredients

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots and raisins.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the carrots and raisins, and mix well to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
