Description
Chicken skewers with ranch, garlic, and Parmesan.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, ranch dressing, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
