Chicken skewers with ranch, garlic, and Parmesan.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, ranch dressing, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
