This Purple Peel Recipe is a detoxifying, antioxidant-rich smoothie made with mangosteen peel and purple fruits, designed to boost metabolism, improve digestion, and reduce cravings naturally.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp dried mangosteen peel powder (or ½ cup fresh peel)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries or acai
  • Juice of 1 fresh lemon
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground)
  • 1 cup warm water (or coconut water)
  • Optional: pinch of turmeric
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Optional: 1 tsp raw honey

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes (especially if using chia).
  4. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
