This Purple Peel Recipe is a detoxifying, antioxidant-rich smoothie made with mangosteen peel and purple fruits, designed to boost metabolism, improve digestion, and reduce cravings naturally.

- 1 tsp dried mangosteen peel powder (or ½ cup fresh peel)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries or acai
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground)
- 1 cup warm water (or coconut water)
- Optional: pinch of turmeric
- Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Let it sit for 2–3 minutes (especially if using chia).
- Pour into a glass and drink immediately.

- Blueberries and acai are interchangeable based on availability.
- Mangosteen peel powder is more potent than fresh peel.
