- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- For an extra festive touch, you can top the pie with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
- If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can make your own by combining 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1/8 teaspoon cloves.
