Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the mousse into individual serving cups or glasses.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
