- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 package (1 oz) sugar-free instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container (8 oz) low-fat or sugar-free Cool Whip, thawed
- 10 Oreo Thins, crushed
