This creamy high protein Oreo fluff is a healthy, low calorie dessert made with Ghost Protein Oreo and just a few ingredients. Perfect for post-workout or meal prep!

- 8 oz light cool whip, softened
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (240g)
- 1/4 cup Ghost Oreo protein powder (30g)
- 1 Tbsp sugar-free white chocolate jello pudding mix (6g)
- 1/2 tsp liquid stevia or to taste
- 6 Oreos, crushed + more for topping if desired
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except Oreos in a large bowl.
- Blend with spatula or mixer until smooth.
- Fold in crushed Oreos.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with extra Oreos if desired.
Notes
- To make gluten-free: use GF Oreos.
- To make dairy-free: use dairy-free Cool Whip, yogurt, and protein powder.
