Instructions

- Knead dough until smooth.
- Divide dough into 4 equal parts and shape into bagels.
- Place bagels on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Add toppings like sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning before baking.
- For a sweeter bagel, add a tablespoon of honey to the dough.
