Ingredients

- 1 cup protein powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine flour, protein powder, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into bagels.
- Boil the bagels for 1 minute per side.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
