Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, protein powder, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into bagels.
  6. Boil the bagels for 1 minute per side.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
