Festive cake bars with a coconut coating.
Ingredients

- 1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup pink food coloring
- 4 cups shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and pink food coloring.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely. Cut into bars.
- Place shredded coconut in a shallow dish. Roll each bar in coconut until well coated.
Notes
- For a more intense pink color, add more food coloring.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
