Description
A meatloaf that combines the flavors of a Philly cheesesteak.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and shape into a loaf.
- Place meatloaf in a baking dish and top with provolone cheese.
- Pour beef broth around the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Serve with your favorite cheesesteak toppings, such as sautéed onions and peppers.
