  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and ensure the banana is ripe and soft.
  2. Peel and mash the banana in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add peanut butter, oats, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and salt. Stir until fully combined and a thick mixture forms.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently, making sure they’re evenly distributed.
  5. Using your hands or a spoon, scoop and roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
  6. Place the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.
