Easy chocolate fudge recipe.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 5 minutes, continuing to stir.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Stir in walnuts.
- Pour into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a smoother fudge, omit the walnuts.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
