Description

Easy chocolate fudge recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes, continuing to stir.
  4. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in walnuts.
  6. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a smoother fudge, omit the walnuts.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
