- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture on the chicken thighs.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
