Easy baked chicken and rice casserole.
Ingredients

- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups long-grain rice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, and water.
- Place rice in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange chicken breasts over the rice.
- Pour soup mixture over the chicken.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Do not peek during baking.

- Ensure the foil is tightly sealed to trap steam.
