Description

Easy baked chicken and rice casserole.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups long-grain rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, and water.
  3. Place rice in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Arrange chicken breasts over the rice.
  5. Pour soup mixture over the chicken.
  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Do not peek during baking.
