Description
This no-bake eclair cake is a simple dessert that requires no baking.

- 1 package graham crackers
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (16 ounce) can chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it set for a few minutes.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers to cover the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Microwave the chocolate frosting for 30 seconds, or until easily spreadable.
- Spread the chocolate frosting evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla.
- You can add a sprinkle of chopped nuts on top of the frosting for added texture.
