Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine oats and blueberries in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
