Description

Easy no-bake bars with oats and blueberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine oats and blueberries in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix honey, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
