Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and sugar, then adding melted butter and pressing into a springform pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition, then stir in sour cream and flour until smooth.

  6. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for an hour.
  7. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
