Description

Rich and savory mushroom cream sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until softened and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer until sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
