Quick and easy Mongolian beef noodles recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced steak with soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in brown sugar and water. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.

- Adjust the amount of brown sugar to your preference.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
